The first whole page article in Greek was published by Phileleftheros, the oldest daily newspaper in Cyprus and the largest by circulation.

The second interview in English appeared in the Cyprus Mail. Both interviews were concerning the Creative Europe project “Interfaces”, an international, interdisciplinary project focused on creating new models and practices for audience development in contemporary music in Europe, which was awarded over two million dollars in funding by the European Union.  The articles can be found here:

Furthermore, Professor Sammoutis’ chamber ensemble work Secret Garden was performed to critical acclaim in Milan, Italy by Syntax Ensemble earlier this month. A review of the concert appeared at the Cahiers des Arts here: https://www.cahiersdesarts.it/musica/syntax-ensemble-percepire-vedere-il-tempo/?fbclid=IwAR0fWupAHsudzkNvMPPwhEuYWTNWkjavF39YhXngjyc-PmvNiw7A13ZHWhU

Finally, his composition Rhymes was selected for performance following a "Call for Works" by the 29th International Review of Composers, which takes place in Belgrade, Serbia.
