Chrissy Guest, Associate Professor, Media Arts, Sciences, and Studies, invited to screen and give talk at California State University-Fullerton (CSUF)

On November 15, The Women in Animation chapter at California State University-Fullerton invited Associate Professor, Chrissy Guest, to screen clips from her upcoming docuseries, Beyond Ink & Paint: The Women of Animation and to discuss the research behind the series that examines fifty years of animation history. 

A discussion around the series' themes regarding unfair hiring practices, toxic work environments and the role the academy has in supporting unrepresented populations for entry into the animation industry was followed by a Q&A.

The event also included a screening of Guest’s short film, The Women of Titmouse Animation.
