ALL in-person meeting or event requests must be submitted via this Spring 2021 Event Request form. The guidelines can be found on the Conference and Event Services website.
Please forgo any existing scheduling systems you currently use and begin implementing this process starting today. If you have already approved any in-person events for Spring 2021, those will need to be submitted through the Spring 2021 Event Request Form for review. The goal here is to ensure we're as streamlined as possible to know all the in-person activities happening to keep safety as the top priority.
