Dual Program Wednesday!

Contributed by Kevin Walker on 09/15/13

Never meditated before? Want to learn at least one other method of meditation? Ever wondered what the relationship between Hinduism and Buddhism is?

The Ithaca College Buddhist Community (ICBC) is hosting a dual program on Wednesday September 18th in Muller Chapel. From 6-6:50 pm we will be using the sanctuary to teach basic breath meditation and also introduce metta (loving-kindness or good-will) meditation. Meditators of all levels are welcome.

Then, from 7-7:30 pm in the Phillips Room of the Chapel there will be a Q&A program on "the relationship between Hinduism and Buddhism" with professors Angela Rudert and Brian Karafin from the Philosophy-Religion department. Bring questions!

Both programs are free of charge and all are welcome. Hope to see you on Wednesday!

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kevin Walker at We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
