How do you unleash your creative side? Hiking with friends or family while seeking out “secret” items as part of the IC A Healthy Me Hike for Happiness Summer Challenge Series may be the best place to shake up your thinking patterns, expand your adventurous side and laugh a little! The outdoors is the perfect conducive environment for unleashing those traits you’ve been told to keep quiet.

There’s only FOUR more days to REGISTER for the IC A Healthy Me Hike for Happiness Challenge. Registration is open until July 17th and will be open all day for BOTH challenges. Click here to register for the IC A Healthy Me Hike for Happiness challenge or both (Summer Salad Summon)!

All you have to do for this challenge is commit to pairing up with at least one other partner, hiking once a week, find the secret items sent to you, and take a photo from your hike (of anything!).

It’s time to make a healthy change, so why not make it for a chance to win some awesome prizes? Yes, there’s more than just one! And besides competing for awesome prizes you’ll be having fun with your “team” (you get to come up with your own team name and Captain!).

Follow us on the Mind, Body, Me- Ithaca College Facebook page to get updates about registration deadlines and challenge start dates!
