Resiliency, like many other skill sets, can be learned and practiced. THRIVE @ IC Wellness Coaching is a free and confidential way to learn how to build resiliency and identify practical changes that you can make to achieve your college goals.




Email with your availability to set up a Wellness Coaching session. 

Each session you attend with one of our certified Wellness Coaches is flexible, confidential and one-on-one. CHP staff work with you to identify practical changes to boost your resiliency and help you be successful.
