Do you want to get settled in Ithaca early this fall?  Become a Move In Crew Volunteer and help welcome new students to our community!  They will arrive on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.

Upper year students who volunteer to assist will be able to move in to their on-campus housing the day before (Monday, August 19, 2019), and will be required to attend a training session that evening (exact time and location will be confirmed this summer).  The dining halls will be available to all who volunteer on Monday and Tuesday (August 19 & 20).

If you are a member of a student organization or athletic team (club, varsity or JV), your group can all work during the same shift and talk with our new students about becoming involved in your organization!

By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work.  The shifts are two hours long:  9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm.  You will need to arrive at a check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your location assignment.  Details on this will be provided at the training session.

2019 Move In Crew Registration
