Reserving Classroom Space During the Add/Drop Period - Fall 2019

During the add/drop period, the Office of the Registrar manages all classroom spaces. Conference & Event Services will not process any classroom reservation requests during this time, with a few exceptions noted below.

Conference & Event Services will honor classroom reservation requests during add/drop period if:

  • Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the common hour (12:05-1:10 pm)
  • Any time on Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • After 5:00 pm on Mondays - Fridays

After the add/drop deadline (September 4th), CES will process all outstanding classroom reservation requests in the order they were received.
