Join us for THRIVE @ IC  on November 12th from 12-1pm in the Muller Chapel Phillips Room. This program is a partnership with Case Management, the Dean of Student’s Office, and the Center for Health Promotion.

There will be free snacks and drinks provided!



THRIVE @ IC is a drop in program aimed at helping you learn self care strategies and resilience building skills. Interact with the 13 building blocks of resilience and learn about resources to help you Eat Well, Move Your Body, Balance Substance Use, Practice Mindfulness and more!

Have 5 minutes? Great! Have 20 minutes? Great! Get some snacks and interact with as many of the building blocks that work for you and your schedule.

Staff members from Case Management and Center for Health Promotion will be on hand to answer any questions.
