 Thank you to everyone involved at SGC's general body meeting on October 28th, 2019. Highlights included: Bill review and guest speaker Luca Maurer from the Office of LGBTQ Education, Outreach, and Services.

· Old Bills were reviewed, and discussed

o 1819-ooxx: Attendance Policy Bill

o 1819-0044: Civic Engagement Bill

o 1617-0003: Removal of Senate Affairs Committee

o 1617-0003: Removal of Director of Transparency

· New Bill ideas were pitched

o Dining Bill

§ Dietary Accommodations

· Guest Speaker: Luca Maurer the Director for LGBTQ Education, Outreach and Services

o Discussed ways that SGC could partner and work on different initiatives

Senate Chair:

· Keep an eye on your email for senator report sign-ups, survey forms, and other documents

· Office Hours are Wednesdays 3-4 p.m.

· Be sure to check and use our Teams page

· Contact me if interested in reworking the Inclement Weather bill

Chief of Staff:
