As was previously communicated, this week marked the last new hire session for 2019.  In order to ensure a smooth transition from Parnassus to IC HR Cloud, Manager Self-Service in Parnassus will be disabled on December 8, 2019.  Therefore, in addition to new hires, there will be a freeze on promotions, transfers, reclassifications, re-organizations, and department name changes until January 2020 when we go live with IC HR Cloud.  

Student Manager Self-Service and timecard entry and viewing of pay slips in Employee Self-Service will continue to be available in Parnassus through December 22, 2019.  Please stay tuned for future communications regarding these processes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation and as always, please contact the Office of Human Resources at with questions.
