Present your original research and and creative work at this year's James J. Whalen Academic Symposium! The online submission process for students and faculty sponsors is now open and will be closed on March 1st, 2020. 

Interested in Participating?

  • Develop your presentation skills.
  • Include your presentation on your resume and graduate application.
  • Showcase your research from this or a previous semester.

Abstracts can be submitted using the Online Submission Form. Requirements for abstracts can be found here.

The online submission deadline is March 1st, 2020. 

Submissions will be accepted for presentations, posters, and creative works. Please note that creative works may include:

Live Performance (Dance, Theatre, Music, Etc.):
Solo Performances
Chamber Ensembles
Original Compositions  
Original Monologue Or Scene Performances
Analysis And Performance Of A Scene Or Monologue
