Last year's Symposium was a great success because of all the support we received. If you are able to join us this year for the 23rd Annual Whalen Symposium, on April 9th, 2020, as a Moderator, Time Keeper, Finalist Judge, or Volunteer.

Interested in being a finalist judge?
On the day of the Symposium, faculty will be assigned abstracts and presentations to grade based on a provided rubric. This information will be used to select this year's finalists!

Interested in being a moderator?
On the day of the Symposium, moderators will be asked to welcome attendees, introduce speakers, and facilitate brief Q+A's.

Interested in being a volunteer?
On the day of the Symposium, volunteers will be asked to assist with registration or time keeping, as well as to support one another when the need might arise.

All of these jobs are extremely helpful and make the Symposium run as smooth as possible. If you would like to sign up for one or more of these roles, please click here.

Please contact with questions or concerns.
