Webinar: "Changing the Mindset: Going from Fixed to Growth Minded"

Contributed by Gretchen Van Valen on 03/24/20

View printable version

Tune in Wednesday, March 25 at noon (EDT) for a free webinar all about changing your mindset.

The difference between having a fixed mindset verses a growth mindset is that a person with a fixed mind allows challenges or adversity to hold them back, whereas someone with a growth mind is able to understand the opportunities within a situation and create solutions.

When individuals and teams work from a growth mindset, they are able to:assess challenges and solutions, collaborate internally and externally and increase team/individual confidence and cohesion.

Join IC alum Deborah Failing Munies ‘92 as she shares the tools she teaches to her individual and group executive clients. In this webinar, you will learn easily implementable growth mindset tools for individuals and teams to use, regardless of experience level or industry.
