The experience of a remote learning semester impacts you as a student in many different ways. A personalized wellness coaching session offers a chance to explore your concerns, set new routines, and learn about campus support resources. 

Wellness coaching is available on Zoom - and sessions are free and confidential. Topics that may be covered include:

  • Getting good sleep
  • Eating Well
  • Moving Your Body
  • Practicing Mindfulness
  • Connecting with Others
  • Balancing Substance Use
