The many changes students have had to manage this semester are challenging to one's resiliency and well being. A personalized wellness coaching session offers you an opportunity to explore your concerns and identify strategies for self-care that will fit you best.

Brought to you by the professional staff/certified wellness coaches in the Center for Health Promotion - Nancy Reynolds and Kristen Lind - wellness coaching is now available on Zoom!

Students may complete a single session, or several sessions over the course of the semester. We can connect with you by email, instead, if you prefer!

Topics that may be covered include:

  • Getting good sleep
  • Eating Well
  • Moving Your Body
  • Practicing Mindfulness
  • Connecting with Others
  • Balancing Substance Use

Wellness coaching sessions are scheduled at your convenience, are confidential, and free of charge.

For more information, or to schedule an appointment,, simply send an email with your availability to: healthpromotion@ithaca.edu.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact healthpromotion@ithaca.edu.
