Adobe Acrobat DC Issue

There is a widespread but intermittent issue with Adobe Acrobat DC that causes a message, "We can't verify your subscription status" to display on Windows computers and makes the product unusable for some time. 

We are working with Adobe on this issue and have escalated to a higher level support.  Currently there is not a fix for this but since the issue is intermittent it may resolve itself within an hour or so if this occurs for you.
