It is with mixed emotions that I announce to the campus community that Danette Ifert Johnson has been selected to serve as the next provost at Kalamazoo College in Michigan. Danette will remain at Ithaca College as vice provost for academic programs until the end of this academic year, starting in her new position on July 1.

I would like to inform the campus community that after 9 1/2 years at Ithaca College, I will be leaving my position of Student Accessibility Specialist in order to provide child-care for my two infant grandsons. My last day in the office will be September 10th, and I will retain my email until the end of September.

Daniel Pascoe Aguilar, Executive Director of Career Services, will be leaving Ithaca College to serve as Associate Provost for Experiential Education & Career Development at Drew University.  Daniel brought to our campus community his visionary and inclusive leadership, warmth and genuine sincerity, and unwavering commitment to student success.  I am deeply appreciative of the innovative approach he has taken in his role.  Daniel’s last day will be Friday, September 7.
