Service Desk Consultant

Offer telephone, email, and walk-in support for all aspects of campus technology including hardware, software, telephones, networking and user account. Create, update, and maintain Footprints tickets for all issues. Manage forms and oversee the process for loaning out college owned equipment. Assist with optical scanning of exam materials. Provide a variety of other services to faculty, staff and students.

  • Approximately 8 hours/week
  • Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Sunday 12pm- 5pm
  • Rate: $11.10/hour
