I want to invite a group of people to my meeting, what do I do?
You can either invite individual attendees or you can set up a contact group and invite the contact group to the meeting. DIIS recommends you set up your contact groups in OWA so they are available to you in the email client Outlook 2010. Contact groups in Outlook 2011 are local and only available on the computer whee they were created; these local contact groups do not sync to other clients.
