Creating space for reflection on transition issues we know students grapple with in their first semester, including taking active steps towards their academic and social success at IC.

Learning Goals:

1. What does being part of a diverse living and learning community mean for my personal and professional development?

2. How do I define success and how can I realize success in my first semester?
