Conference Welcome and Recognition Awards

Join us as we kick off the conference by honoring the accomplishments of your counseling contemporaries who have dedicated their lives to advocating for students and families in their transition to postsecondary education. The following NYSACAC awards will be presented to deserving college and high school counselors:

  • Human Relations Award
  • Distinguished Service Awards
    - High School Counselor of the Year
    - College Counselor of the Year
  • President’s Award

We will also hear from NACAC board member, Steve Syverson, about NACAC’s recent accomplishments and future plans. NACAC is the premier association in our profession for college admission counseling; make sure you are present to hear how they are helping support you and our vocation.

Hear a panel of chief enrollment officers from New York colleges and universities share their thoughts on the most pressing issues facing admission and college counseling. In this informative and interactive session, panelists will respond to your questions and share their experience and perspective.
