Welcome to the IC family!

As a family member, friend, or guest of an Ithaca College student, you are officially part of the IC Bomber family! Please use these resources to learn more about how to support your student this summer in preparation for orientation and the start of classes.

Family and Guest Orientation

Ithaca College offers an optional (free!) Family and Guest Orientation Tuesday, August 20, through Wednesday, August 21. You are invited to stay for as much of the program as you wish.

Family and Guest Orientation provides opportunities to:

  • Learn about academic, health, and social support services on campus.
  • Discover involvement opportunities available to your student.
  • Socialize with family members of other new students.
  • Ask questions!

Breakfast and lunch for families & guests will be provided on Wednesday, August 21.

Please note: On-campus housing is provided for incoming students only. Families should make reservations at a local hotel. Please visit OUR LINK for information about hotel blocks or visitithaca.com for a comprehensive listing of local lodging options.

REGISTER for family and guest orientation (available beginning Friday, June 28).
