Netpass Manager will be retired on 10/31/22. In order to be able to recover a forgotten password after that time, please enroll in our new Self-Service Password Rest system (SSPR). For more information, refer to this article.


Self-service Options - Updated as of 11/13/19

  • Change your known Netpass password and/or security questions: 
    • (Log in below, Duo authentication required)
  • Reset a forgotten or expired password:
    • (See the Forgot Your Password section below)
  • Change the password for a departmental or organizational e-mail account that you manage:
    • (Log in as yourself, below, and look under Other Accounts; Duo authentication required)
