- Change your Netpass password (IMPORTANT: Login with your current Netpass username and password; DON'T use the Reset My Password option unless you have forgotten your password or it has expired)
- Change your security questions
- Change the password for a departmental or organizational e-mail account that you manage (login as yourself)
- Reset a forgotten or expired Netpass password (click Reset My Password)
IMPORTANT: Your account will be LOCKED after 5 consecutive failed login attempts, requiring you to use Reset My Password, above. If you have any problems, contact the ITS Helpdesk for help.
