National Conference on Undergraduate Research
As a program of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), established in 1987, promotes undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity in all fields of study through an annual conference for students. The first conference drew more than 400 participants from schools across the country. Now in existence for over twenty-five years, the conference regularly hosts more than 3,000 students and their faculty mentors to present their research through posters, oral presentations, visual arts and performances. NCUR was held at Ithaca College in 2011.
