Those who attended the Green Team meeting on November 17, 2010, took part in the ongoing discussion about fluctuating temperatures in our building. Michelle Jones, the College’s energy manager, was there to hear our concerns and in response, encourages feedback about our individual work spaces. We need your help. If you’re office is too hot or cold to handle, please submit a service request (https://www.ithaca.edu/facilities/src/) and be as specific as possible.
Instead of just saying “my office space is cold” include information about time of day, area of the office, if these conditions change during the course of the work day, etc.
Detailed information will allow Michelle to track HVAC conditions, potentially see a pattern in building activity, and address the issues.
