Shalom and Welcome to Ithaca College Hillel!
Every year we welcome first-year students and their families to our signature Fresh Fest Celebration-- a program conducted in partnership with Ithaca College First-Year Experience. Register here: https://www.ithaca.edu/jumpstart-program/freshfest-hillel FreshFest offers various entry points for incoming Jewish students as they adjust to campus. This year, our one-day mini-programs will follow Covid safety protocol, and take place on Saturdays in September and October while students slowly arrive on campus.
The program this year seeks to facilitate meetings with current students and Hillel staff, allow participants to get to know each other in safe, small groups, and create a community from which participants can begin a new chapter in their lives surrounded by friends and a caring community.
This year, Hillel Fresh Fest will take place on Saturday, September 26 and Saturday, October 3 (Sukkot). FYI: We will hold full High Holiday Services on campus via live-stream and socially distant activities. Please look at our website for the link to these details.
Cost: $50, which includes two Kosher* and Kosher-style meals, programming, and custom Hillel face mask.
