Mail Services

IC Mail Service is piloting a ‘virtual mailbox’ service in all residence halls and the Garden Apartments for the 2018-19 academic year.

When First Class letters, periodical/magazines and packages are received an E-mail notification will be sent to your Ithaca College E-mail account. Mail and packages will be available for pick up at the U.S. Postal Service Substation which is located at 130 Phillips Hall. For hours of operation and other information, please see the Mail Services webpage.

Circle Apartment residents will continue to have mail delivered to their mailboxes in the Circle Community Building. When you check in to your apartment, you will receive the combination to your assigned mailbox in the mail room of your Circle apartment bedroom.

Students who are not yet on campus and including those who do not yet have a room assignment can be sent mail and packages. Be certain the student's name is readable and use the address information on the Mail Services pages.
