Through the proper use of mental training skills (i.e. visualization, imagery, positive self-talk, goal setting, performance routines, etc.) an EBC can help you make meaningful behavioral changes that may help across multiple disciplines, including exercise.

Kaitlyn Kieser is a second year graduate student at Ithaca College studying Sport Psychology in the Exercise and Sport Sciences program. Kaitlyn’s mission is to help guide clients towards becoming the best version of themselves through sport and exercise by creating value and purpose in an active lifestyle.
