New Client Orientation Sessions

Clients will be scheduled with the same Fitness Specialist throughout the orientation process.  Scheduling is first come, first serve and dependent upon staff availability.  Clients will be notified if they must be placed on the waiting list.

Fitness Evaluation (FE) (In-Person):  ~30 minute FE is typically conducted during Orientation #1.  With client consent and only if medically appropriate Fitness Specialist measures resting heart rate and blood pressure, body composition (fat vs. lean tissue), muscular fitness, flexibility, and functional movement.  We appreciate client participation when possible but all evaluation measurements are voluntary.
