Check out our summer Stretch & Core workout!

Join Jen Monday & Thursday mornings from 7-7:45am for a general body warm-up, stretch, and core workout!   Warm-up is about 5 minutes followed by 20 minute stretch and 20 minute core workouts.  After class Jen is happy to connect and answer any exercise, nutrition, health or wellness questions!  Please note:  Class will NOT be held Monday, July 13th or Thursday, July 16th.  

To join the Stretch & Core workout Wellness Clinic members check your email for for the Zoom log-in link, meeting ID and password.  Not a Wellness Clinic member?  Email jhunter@ithaca.edu to be invited.  We hope to see you!
