The Ithaca College Catholic Community offers a number of retreat experiences for students to grow closer to God and others while providing them the chance to discern who God is calling them to be during their time in college and beyond.

Be sure to follow up with John Morton at with any questions about our retreat offerings!

2019 Fall Retreats:

New Student Retreat

Every fall, the Catholic Community offers a day-long retreat open to first year and transfer students called the New Student Retreat. This retreat welcomes new members to the Catholic Community and allows them to make new friends in the community. Student leaders lead this retreat and offer reflective talks on their first year experience. Small group conversations follow these talks and there are also opportunities for free time. The retreat has taken place at one of the state parks in Ithaca which offers scenic hiking trails and beautiful views of the gorges in Ithaca.

If you are a new student in the fall of 2019, you are encouraged to reach out to campus minister John Morton at for more information on this retreat.
