Ithaca College Romero Center Spring Break Service Trip

Location: Camden, NJ and Philadelphia, PA
Cost: $150

Over spring break, the Ithaca College Catholic Community will be traveling to the Romero Center in Camden, NJ. The Romero Center, named after St. Oscar Romero, a priest from El Salvador, provides Catholic education and a retreat experience inspired by Oscar Romero's prophetic witness. Students who participate will work in a variety of social service agencies including adult day care, nursing homes, residential care facilities, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and food banks. Along with other schools, Ithaca College will be participating in the Urban Challenge Program which is rooted in faith, service and community.
