Building Your Anxiety Toolbox (Virtually!)

The online version of our in-person drop-in workshop, Building Your Anxiety Toolbox.

In this unusual season for our country, many people are feeling anxious and finding that their usual coping strategies are not working as well. CAPS is pleased to announce that we will be offering Anxiety Toolbox Groups through Zoom each Thursday for the month of June from 1pm-1:45pm, starting Thursday, June 14th. The groups will be a place for students to check in with each other, to share resources, and to practice a few useful techniques for coping with anxiety.

If interested in attending, please email rdow@ithaca.edu before 9am EST on Thursday, and we will send you the Zoom link for the group. This is a drop-in group, so students can attend as few or as many sessions as they would like.
