The Martin Luther King Scholar Program is an interdisciplinary learning community that emphasizes citizenship and service in the global community. The program provides substantial financial assistance to incoming Ithaca College students of exceptional academic ability who are members of ethnic or racial groups that have been historically underrepresented in American higher education. The Martin Luther King Scholar Program is a recruitment and educational effort jointly sponsored by the Office of Admission and the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs.
