TRX Suspension Training

TRX® training was originally developed as a means to accommodate total body strength training on the move. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal, specifically helping to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The TRX Suspension Training® classes offered in the Fitness Center are appropriate for participants of all ages and abilities.
