Please submit your request via 25Live. Once approved, your request will be sent to the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your event.
NON-ITHACA COLLEGE COMMUNITY MEMBERS:
Please call the Campus Center and Events Services office at (607) 274-3313 and the staff will be happy to assist you.
If you are planning an event for a registered student organization, please submit your request to Campus Center and Events or view location availability and submit your request via the College’s web-based scheduling application 25Live.
Your request will be forwarded to the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs for approval then onto the respective Scheduler for the space you are requesting. After your request is approved by the appropriate Scheduler you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

The Fitness Center has the following facilities available:
Aerobics Room - A 1900-square-foot space that hosts approximately 40 group exercise classes per week, and is home to many of our recreational and instructional sport club practices.
Mondo Gym Floor - This 7,025 square-foot-space has a specially designed floor that hosts events, informal recreation, and intramural activities such as floor hockey, roller hockey, and soccer.
Wood Floor Gym - This 7,200 square-foot-space has a suspended hardwood floor, perfect for informal pickup games and intramural activities such as basketball, volleyball, and badminton. It is also home to our climbing wall.

Submitting your event request does not guarantee that your reservation is confirmed. Once your event reservation request is approved by the Recreational Sports staff you will receive a confirmation notice.
If you wish to film or take pictures within our facility, please fill out a film/picture request located on the right and return it to 201 Fitness Center upon completion. Due to privacy and safety concerns, filming and photography within the Fitness Center are prohibited without expressed consent from the Office of Recreational Sports and its professional staff. We reserve the right to decline requests for filming/photography.
