The following information is provided in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act [20 USC 1092(f)].
The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management (Public Safety) maintains a daily crime log listing all crimes reported to Public Safety that occurred on campus, in or on non-campus buildings or property, or on public property immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus or within the patrol jurisdiction of Public Safety. The log lists the date, time reported, time occurred, general location, and disposition of the complaint if this information is known at the time the log is created. Certain information may temporarily be withheld to protect a victim or maintain the integrity of an in-progress criminal investigation. The daily crime log is available for public inspection during normal business hours at Public Safety or anytime online. Additionally, Public Safety maintains a daily fire log which lists all campus student housing fires, including the nature, date, time and general location of each fire that occurred on campus within any of the college provided residential facilities. The daily crime log and daily fire log are combined into one document entitled Daily Crime and Fire Log. We have also combined the Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Report (to include crime and fire statistics) into one publication entitled Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.
