Living Off Campus

If you are a student who lives off campus in our local community, this may be the first time you have lived in an environment where you are independent of parents, guardians, or college guidelines and structure. With such independence comes responsibility for yourself, as well as for the community in which you live. Living off campus provides significant opportunities to learn, grow, and gain experience. However, it also requires your commitment to being a good citizen and a contributing community member. Ithaca College expects off-campus students to live as responsible and respectful adult citizens.

To help get the new academic year off to a great start, the South Hill Civic Association, in conjunction with Ithaca College, will be sponsoring a Welcome Back Students BBQ, for students living off campus to be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017, from noon until 2:00 p.m. at 211 Hudson Street. Please join us so that you can meet your neighbors on South Hill.
