About Me

My journey with Ithaca College started in the tenth grade when I attended a writing camp hosted by the IC writing department. I then moved across the country to become a student at IC, and graduated with an English major in 2021. During my time as a student, I was a student employee in the HR office for three years, where I worked in the Student Employment area. After graduation, I joined the HR team as an Associate in Payroll and Student Employment, then as a Business Process and Systems Analyst, before transitioning to my current role.

About My Role

In my current role, I manage HR technology (primarily the IC HR Cloud) and work to connect system functionality to HR business processes and deliverables.  I also work on business process transformation projects and strategic planning initiatives. Likewise, I am also entering the compensation space and am passionate about promoting pay equity and pay transparency.
