If you are passionate about your own mind, body, and spiritual health or are thinking about a career in health and wellness, consider one of these two courses.
Students will engage with health and wellness issues in their coursework and explore ways to improve their own well-being alongside other students passionate about the same thing. Students will practice mindfulness and meditation, reflect on the role of personal diet and nutrition as well as our society’s food systems, and learn about the health professions and global critical health issues. Students from across classes will come together to share ideas and learn from one another.
