Title

Sustainability is one of the central values of Ithaca College. The college’s School of Business is one of Sustainable Enterprise, and students in Environmental Studies study the water health of the Finger Lakes and Ithaca College’s Natural Lands.

Students in these classes will reflect on the role of personal diet in relation to our society’s food systems, assess the current state of recycling, explore existing and emerging “green” and renewable energy options, and track local efforts in support of clean water. What can we do to conserve energy and the Earth’s natural habitat? Students from across classes will come together to share ideas and learn from one another.
