Michelle McGuire is very excited to join SMA for the fourth time for another great summer of music-making! She is currently teaching middle school band in the Shenendehowa Central School District in Clifton Park, NY. In addition, she has a studio of private clarinet students and frequently performs with the Capital Region Wind Ensemble. She holds a B.M. in Music Education from Ithaca College ('13) and a M.M. in Band Conducting from the American Band College ('17). When she isn't teaching or playing clarinet, Michelle can be found baking, playing video games, or hiking with her partner and their dog.
