THRIVE at IC is a program offered by the Center for Health Promotion which is intended to help students increase their resiliency, and as a result, improve their overall wellbeing and personal success.
In the program, students learn how to build their own resiliency to increase their ability to be successful in college and after graduation. This program focuses on exploring realistic strategies and resources on and off campus that will help them succeed.
THRIVE is available as a one-on-one personal wellness coaching session. These sessions are free, confidential, and flexible. Group workshops are also available.
