Free Speech Rights of Students -- Provides a basic introduction to the topic of free speech in school. It provides links to famous cases (i.e. Tinker vs. Des Moines, Hazelwood vs. Kuhlmeier, Morse vs. Frederick). It also contains a series of questions to spark debate and promote critical thinking.

Tinker vs. Des Moines Independent Community School District -- Provides a full description of the ground breaking case, Tinker vs. Des Moines. This was the first case to address the free speech rights of speech students.
