"Social Justice: It's Not Just a Catchphrase" -- Student Leadership Institute
As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Fred Chandra will present a free session, entitled "Social Justice: It's Not Just a Catchphrase," on Thursday, November 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Clark Lounge.One doesn't have to be an outspoken, visible protester to make positive change in this world. Everyone, from every walk of life and in any major, can make this world a better place. Learn how simple choices you make as a college student can make a difference. The session will focus on business, arts, and other areas of study not associated with social justice.
This session earns credit for the "Leadership in a Diverse World" certificate.
The Student Leadership Institute is an ongoing series of free workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
