Forms and assistance are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, from our student services team desk in the dean's suite, located on the third floor of the Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise.
You will find all of the forms currently used by the business school (and most College-wide forms, too), business and accounting degree requirement sheets, restricted electives lists, unique course combinations for double concentrators, and application materials for internships and experiential learning, Washington Semester Program, independent study, the international business certificate, and more.
