Introduction to Podcasting and iTunes U

Podcasting=on-demand, mobile, episodic audio and video content.  Ithaca College on iTunes U is a free way to distribute podcasts open to all faculty and official IC organizations. This session will provide an overview of podcasting and iTunes U, which will include examples of different types of podcasts, creative uses for podcasts in higher education, and tools used to create podcasts. Participants will see a demonstration of how easy it is to get an iTunes U site and upload media to it. Participants will have opportunities to explore iTunes U hands-on.
