Reporter Jonathan Miller spoke at Ithaca College today about the complex and dynamic topic of the food industry and its link to progress. More specifically, how journalists can report on these issues. His talk was called “The Journalist’s Dilemma: How to boil the global food system down to spoon-sized savings without losing al its complexity and flavor?”
