ITHACA, NY — Seventh Art Corporation of Ithaca — a major partner in Ithaca College’s Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) — will open a five-screen multiplex art cinema on Green Street on May 27, and the co-directors of FLEFF are asking civic-minded filmgoers to lend a hand to get the new facility ready for its opening.

Festival organizers introduced FLEFF labs: interactive activities led by filmmakers, musicians, writers, visiting fellows, digital artists and other FLEFF guests. The labs gave festival goers the opportunity to step out of the role of observer and create something in their own right.
