The 17th annual Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) presents VIRAL DISSONANCE, an exhibition of new media art.
The exhibition brings together work from artists working in East Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America around the festival theme of dissonance.
